I make it my mission to know you so we can prepare for anything and everything on your wedding day. I’m known to call my brides the morning of their big day to ask if there’s anything special they need us to bring. Sometimes it’s nothing, and sometimes it’s Jack in the Box tacos. I’m not just your wedding photographer, I’m someone you can rely on. Greasy delicious snacks and all.

It’s all about the details

As your wedding photographer, my main job is to capture the true spirit of your wedding day. I pay close attention to every detail, both big and small, to make sure I capture all the special moments. My goal is to give you a collection of photos that bring back all of the beautiful memories from your wedding day. From the flowers and place settings, to the smiles and the laughter left behind by your guests, each photo is a way for you to remember the little things. I want you to be able to relive the sounds and scents of your wedding when you look at the photos in the future. My photos will transport you back to your special day whenever you want to reminisce.

From our discovery call to when I deliver your gorgeous photographs, you can trust that there won’t be any scary surprises along our journey. I believe in communication. I believe in asking as many questions as possible. If I don’t have the answer, we will find it together. I will speak up when something isn’t working, and I’ll hype you up when it’s working really well.

I plan everything

This is one of the most important things any professional wedding photographer can do. Planning timelines to ensure we stick to the schedule. Compiling shot lists so we don’t forget anyone. Scouting each and every location so your engagement session and your wedding day utilizes every aspect of your venue. There’s no time to waste, so we come very prepared and ready for anything and everything.

How it all happens…

1: Let’s meet on Zoom!

This is the initial stage in securing your desired wedding date. It is essential for me to connect with all new couples during our discovery call to ensure that we are the right match for each other.

2: Secure your date!

Once our discovery call is complete and I answer all of your questions, I will send you a personalized proposal. Inside of the proposal will be a breakdown of all included services, your contract, invoice and next steps.

I require contract signatures and a 30% retainer to reserve your wedding date. Payments can be made through the proposal for your convenience.

3: The planning process.

This is where we begin to see your special day come to life! Once your date is officially booked, it’s time to start planning!

Our first meeting will consist of your wants and needs, along with your desired photography concept. From the look and feel, to what’s most important to you and your must have captured moments.

During the planning process I will send you my Pre-Wedding Questionnaire. This questionnaire consists of questions I need answered in order to put together our day-of timeline and shot list.

There will also be 2-3 scheduled consultation meetings throughout our planning process to touch base and discuss any updates needing attention or adjustment, along with any questions you may have for me.

4: It’s WEDDING DAY!

Today is the day and I am just as excited as you are! My team and I arrive ready to capture every incredible moment. We use our timelines and shot lists to make sure everything runs smoothly, but our main priority is for you to enjoy every single minute.

5: Previews within one week!

I don’t want you to wait weeks and weeks to relive some of your most beautiful moments from your wedding day. While the butterflies are still fluttering, I promptly send out your wedding highlights gallery, ensuring you can immerse yourself in 50 carefully curated photos that vividly encapsulate the overall essence and emotion of your special day.
